Well, I finally finished these socks for Jeff
I started these socks the day I came home from the hospital, with "spare" yarn Heather gave me.
And I started a sweater for myself. I think this will be a quite nice interpretation of Tubey!

When life gives you lemons . . .
I'd say it's fairly likely that everyone who reads this blog already knows I'm currently recovering from a fairly rough event, and will be off work for another month. So what does a knitter do under those circumstances?

The socks are great (I'm still amazed that you managed to get a pair out of that partial ball!), and I *love* the Tubey stripes. Those colors work really well, and it's going to be so soft and comfy!
